All online bookings are subject to change you will be notified by any change of appointment details via email.

For any cancellations or amendments to appointments, we need 48hrs notice, failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment price, until payment has been made no further appointments will be booked
ALL NEW HAIR COLOUR CLIENTS, MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION/PATCHTEST FIRST.
upon consultation we will book the correct appointment needed, appointments booked prior to consultation will be cancelled.
